The new table-up machines are available from Ohio Broach in strokes from 36 inches to 72 inches and tonnages from 5-30 tons.</p><p>The Ohio Broach table-up machine allows part(s) to be loaded at operator/floor level. This no-pit design facilitates machine relocations for inclusion in manufacturing cells. To provide cell flexibility, the table-up machines may be specified with chip conveyors, shuttle tables, multiple fixturing, auto load/unload, broach removal devices and coolant filtration.</p><p>A range of secondary operations may also be performed including inspection, drilling, tapping and marking.</p>','pulldownmenu');) Table-up |

This retriever not only handles the broach tool for ease of loading and unloading, but guides the tool almost entirely through the cut cycle.</p><p>Tool Handling Retriever: This retriever allows an operator to load and unload the tool from the machine with less fatigue. This type of retriever is useful for large, heavy broach tools.</p><p>Power Monitor: This monitor displays the current draw of the main drive motor. It allows your production supervisor to foresee the need for sharpening of the broach tool by detecting the increase in power required to pull a dull tool.</p><p>Bar Feed Applications: Special applications of standard machines are available, such as bar feed and cutoff applications.
