Eliminates Pits & Elevated Platforms

The Ohio Broach & Machine Company builds a "table-up" broaching machine which eliminates broaching pits and work platforms. The new table-up machines are available from Ohio Broach in strokes from 36" to 72" and tonnages from 5-30 tons.

The Ohio Broach table-up machine allows part(s) to be loaded at operator/floor level. This 'no-pit' design facilitates machine relocations for inclusion in manufacturing cells. To provide cell flexibility, the table-up machines may be specified with chip conveyors, shuttle tables, multiple fixturing, auto load/unload, broach removal devices and coolant filtration.

A range of secondary operations may also be performed including inspection, drilling, tapping and marking.
