Broach Machine Rebuilding

Horizontal Broaching Machine

Ohio Broach & Machine Company provides broaching machine rebuilding and repair services to customers throughout North America. Our experience in the design and building of new machines and broach tools allows us to take an out of service machine and, convert it into a productive piece of equipment. Once torn down, our staff will clean, grind, and replace any worn parts including ram slides and guide blocks. We have horizontal and vertical CNC milling centers as well as grinding machines that allow us to fabricate any needed parts. After all of the components have been repaired or replaced, the machine is rebuilt completely with up to date hydraulic & electical systems. We can also retrofit machines for today’s automated technology.

We serve the automotive, trucking, defense, firearms, aerospace, hand tools, oil & gas, medical, and agricultural industries, and are ISO 9001:2015 certified. Average lead time on a complete machine rebuild is 16 to 20 weeks. After the machine is complete, we offer installation services at the customer’s facility.
